We stayed at this appartment as a 4-people group and everything was great. The communication with the Host Piero was very easy - he texted back within minutes and was so helpful with any questions we had. The accomodation was big, very clean, near to the center and there were enough towles for all of us. Even it was close to the city center it was not loud at all. We liked the coffe machine in the kitchen as well as the big fridge. I really recommend the accomodation when in palermo. Thank you Piero :-).

"Comfortable stay in quiet neighbourhood"

Appartamento XII Gennaio 3 was comfortable and clean and very well equipped - it even had a washing machine. It is located in a quiet and safe area close to the historical centre. The Teatro Massimo is less than 10 minutes walk away and there is a very good 24/7 supermarket close by. The host, Piero, was friendly and kind and gave us useful information when we arrived. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment.

There was nothing we did not like. We felt right at home in the apartment and enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood near the historical centre of Palermo.

Appartamento incantevole, comodo e confortevole, ancora più bello rispetto alle foto. L'host è stato gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. Posizione ottimale per visitare Palermo, ma anche per raggiungere località di mare tipo Mondello, Isola delle Femmine, Carini, Capaci e Cefalù grazie alla vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici (autobus e treno/metropolitana). Consigliatissimo!!
