"Bad"

The shower was separate from the lavatory.

Needs a refresh with new beds and bedding. Furniture needs cleaning. Beds and furniture smelt. Location incredibly noisy. In particular next to police station so multiple sirens and lots of street noise. The apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms, however neglected to say the second room was set up as a small children's room - not good for friends travelling and booking separate rooms.

The property is a 20 minute walk from the bus or train station. Very spacious, well appointed and clean. Communication was clear and informative. I would recommend a stay here.

You need to bring you own laundry detergent.

Great location Walking distance from airport shuttle drop off and the historical center Large space

Very dated - needs a very good touch up Did not feel very clean - stains on linen, multiple missing tiles in bathrooms, smelt damp, quite a bit of clutter.

"A Trip to Palermo."

The apartment is in a great location at Teatro Massimo. A vibrant gathering place with cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious, good size for a family. It has great facilities. It is about a 15 minute walk from the central train and bus station where we got the train to Cefalu, (which is a beautiful, 'must see' place). The host, Marsalvo, stayed in regular touch with us before and during the stay, giving great tips for eg restaurants, airport transfer arrangements etc and responded immediately when we had to contact him. Excellent.

There's nothing not to like. It's all good.

"Dark basement flat. Good location"

Good location. Felt safe. Flexible check in and out Washing machine.

It’s a basement flat so very dark and dreary. There is a dishwasher but no tablets to use There is space except the small room is tiny and airless Water pressure in the shower is poor and washing long hair was a challenge.
