"Excellent"

Excellent location with convenient parking. Quiet at night but easy access to all the sights. Handy supermarket and breakfast cafe nearby.

Sewage smell from bathroom.

La casa rimane a 5 minuti a piedi dal capolinea dell'autobus che arriva dallaeroporto, a 15 minuti dall'inizio del centro (La Setas) e a 35 minuti da piazza di Spagna. L'appartamento è spazioso. Vicino c'è un bel supermercato "Mercado". I mobili della cucina sono nuovi. C'è anche una piccola lavastoviglie. In bagno ci sono una bella doccia e il bidet. L'host è molto preciso e disponibile.

Mancano solo piccoli accorgimenti come lo shampoo in bagno, lo zucchero e uno scottex in cucina.

This apartment is in a great location in old town - we walked everywhere. It’s extremely clean. The decor is neutral and appealing, and everything functioned as it should. The bed is very comfortable. Two full bathrooms were very convenient. The parking was also convenient. We were happy with our choice!

There was a little bit of noise from folks having a good time outside (street level) which was audible in one of the bedrooms, but this was not a reason I would hesitate to rent again.

"Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole"

Siamo stati bene e il soggiorno è stato piacevole, anche se ci sarebbero piaciute maggiori attenzioni e accortezze verso alcuni dettagli. Comunque la posizione è centrale e permette di raggiungere a piedi le attrazioni principali, l’appartamento è accogliente e carino, con un bell’arredamento.

Durante tutto il soggiorno non ci sono stati forniti asciugamani, teli o lenzuola pulite e sostituite. Il bagno è privo di finestra e erano presenti due phon: uno grande che non emetteva aria calda e uno piccolo, ma molto scomodo da usare perché appiccicoso al tatto.

"Nice apartment with homely touches"

The apartment is lovely, nice furnishings and a great bed. Rosalia was quick to respond and we had no trouble accessing the property. It was great to also have a parking space nearby for the car. A supermercado across the road was very handy.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, so be aware there are quite a few stairs to negotiate with luggage.

I had a great stay and I’m very satisfied. The service was excellent, with smooth and helpful communication throughout. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and spacious, with very comfortable beds. The location is also great and very convenient. Everything met my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
