La limpieza, el equipamiento muy completo y bien situado para ir a los lugares más céntricos.

Por decir algo, el apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor y las escaleras son algo estrechas.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zu Innenstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten und es ist ein Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür. Der Kontakt zu Rosalia war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Anweisungen zum kostenlosen Parkplatz gut erklärt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und eine schöne Zeit in Sevilla verbracht.

Lovely clean apartment and in a good location

Unfortunately the waste water pipe from the floors above dropped down through the main bedroom which meant every time someone flushed the toilet or had a shower the noise woke us up.

It’s a pretty apartment within 25’ walk from the centre. There is the option to reserve a parking space, if you want to. The area is quiet and there is a supermarket market just across the street. In case you wanted to make a sandwich/ quick breakfast, lunch it had all the equipment and some basic ingredients, which is very convenient. The owner was very nice and willing to help if needed.

The bathroom was a bit small and it gets all wet as it’s a bit strange design of the shower. Also, a minor comment, it would have been better to have a duvet cover instead of a bed sheet and the duvet exposed.

Appartamento in posizione strategica, ideale per visitare la città a piedi senza bisogno dei mezzi pubblici. Situato in una via tranquilla e poco trafficata, all’interno di un edificio senza ascensore, garantisce un soggiorno silenzioso. A circa 250 metri si trova la stazione degli autobus, comoda anche per i collegamenti con l’aeroporto, mentre il centro e la Cattedrale sono raggiungibili in 15-20 minuti a piedi. Di fronte al palazzo è presente un supermercato e, a pochi passi, nella piazzetta, si trovano un ottimo ristorante e un bar dove fare colazione. L’appartamento è ben organizzato: all’ingresso si trova il soggiorno con divano e TV; attraversando il corridoio con cucina moderna e tavolo si arriva alla camera da letto. Ambiente essenziale ma dotato di tutto il necessario. Letto molto comodo.

L’appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un edificio senza ascensore; le scale sono strette e con gradini piuttosto alti, quindi possono risultare scomode, soprattutto con bagagli. Il bagno è spazioso ma privo di finestra, e presenta qualche problema di umidità, in particolare nella zona doccia La doccia tende a far fuoriuscire acqua, bagnando il pavimento nonostante venga chiusa durante l’utilizzo.

Todo está muy bueno, la ubicación, la limpieza, Rosalía es un encanto. Muchas gracias, volveremos.
