We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Seville’s city center. The location is incredibly convenient, just a few minutes’ walk to major attractions like the Cathedral and Alcazar. The accommodation itself was spacious, well-furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities like a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay even more comfortable. The host was very friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any questions we had. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay for exploring Seville!

Location: less than a 5 minute walk to/from the airport bus stop; within 60 seconds of leaving the apartment, there is the cathedral, a major avenue of shops, lots of little side streets and cafes/bars. We were absolutely thrilled with where the apt. was located, especially since wandering around to see the wonderful Christmas lights was a major reason in our being there in mid-December. Despite the fact that on the street could be noisy, the apartment itself was very quiet. The apartment windows looked on to a small inner courtyard - nothing to look at but it was quiet. It was also an easy location to pop back to for a siesta (!) or to drop off some shopping, etc. Facilities: although the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed and more - regular size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction stove-top, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc. Perfect for somebody who wants to be able to prepare some or all of their meals. The bed was comfy and there were extra pillows and blankets available. The elevator was right outside our door (no issue with noise from that either). The heating system, water pressure and temperature, etc. all worked as expected. Cleanliness: 5/5 Simply excellent. Communication: We were contacted by WhatsApp several times in advance of our stay and were able to communicate when we were on the street looking for the building! Victor greeted us at the building and took us through the apartment, pointing out everything that we needed to know. Extra details were available by scanning a QR code.

The only thing that could be clearer is the format that the address is given in order to find the building on the street on the day. Explicitly: Street name... Building number... Floor number... Apartment number... Google Maps (for me) wasn't clear on which side of the road the building was. The info received from booking.com did have the relevant numbers but it wasn't clear to me, as a visitor to the country, what they related to in the sequence they were given.

Central location -very convenient! Loved the comfy bedroom chairs, comfortable bed, and lots of windows.

The apartment is located near all major landmarks in Seville - the catedral, the castle and walking distance to parks. The apartment is clean, has comfortable beds and it is well maintained. It was somewhat quiet ( for Spain) during the night. You don't need to use any transport as the apartment is in the city center. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Overall, recommend staying at this place.

Could have done with a dishwasher, bit noisy one night, pretty expensive but is very central.

Central apartment just a couple of minutes' walk from the cathedral and Alcázar - couldn't ask for a better location! Clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our three-night stay - would also be a great choice for a longer break. The staff of Genteel Home are super helpful and always available by WhatsApp, which we appreciated.

There was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom but it didn't detract too much from our stay.

Very clean apartment with all that you need. Comfortable beds including sofa. They cleaned it in the middle of the stay and changed towels and bed linen. The location is extremely central but the apartment overlooks the patio and is very quiet. Air-conditioning worked well to warm up the apartment in the evening. Also, very close to bus stop for bus AE to/from airport.

Location was excellent. Building has an elevator. Lot of restaurants around and all main tourist attractions are closed by. Management staff is on top of everything, they resolve any problem or question you have in no time.
