Difficult parking

How close to the town centre and access to all sightseeing attrations

Was expecting free parking as specified on booking .com but received e-mail 2 days before visit stating car had to be certain dimensions? My car was 40 cm to long? Had to make seperate car parking booking 40 mins walk away from property! Shoe cupboards on entry to property were broken and one door fell off onto my partners foot when she opened it? Microwave oven tripped all electrics when switched on? One blind in main living room did not work? Water occasionally leaked through kitchen ceiling? No coffee/tea supplied as specified on website?

The apartment is spacious, light, and very comfortable. The location is a very good walk from the main tourist attractions.

The car parking space was much too small and I had to park in an underground car park.

Need to drive a mini car or a scooter to be able to park. Parking garage was unacceptable for a normal car.

On arrival no lack of coat hangers- agents did bring plenty within a few hours thank you Agents were very quick to respond with any issues Clean crisp linen and fluffy towels Location was brilliant

The parking ramp is terrible and ruined our first impressions as the owner was on the telephone with lady who was checking us in and making sure the car fitted onto the ramp of Doom… scratched alloys and dimensions incorrect to the booking. Be aware it’s challenging.. Hot water in 2nd bedroom mostly cold Shoe rack in hallway was broken Light switch missing in main bedroom Pillows uncomfortable as very small Iron had melted plastic on the underneath Bidet was broken ( agents fixed not necessary for our stay) whoever fitted used the kitchen cloth to clean and left rubbish in bath not a great level of cleanliness.

Location, Facilities and Cleanliness

Kitchen enough equiped. Location relative close to Las Settas and old city. Shop close,Dia & Carefour. The host was responsive on whats up and help us with the indications and answered us to our questions.

The hot water in 2nd bedroom hardly worked,mostly cold. The door of the wardrobe ,of the big bedrom dont work,it was broked. Extremly dirty and sticky hair dryer somewhere hidden under the sink which cannot be used. Disgusting . The apartament wasnt clean when we arrived, we were somehow needed to leave the bags till 3pm there and leave ,so the cleaning person to arrive. At least after was clean. The person who received us was litteram bit lost,didnt knew the apartament or where the rooms were.. Overall ,I will not come again.

Good communication. Friendly welcome, my sat nav didn't take me to the front, but Maria came and found me. Secure parking for my motorcycle.

No problems

A surprisingly large apartment in the center. Clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen. However we had a few issues that should be addressed. In the second bathroom sewer gas comes back up. Not pleasant. Water did not run into the dishwasher. I would stay again if these issues were addressed.

Parking is weird. Your parking spot is actually on a lift ramp in an underground parking. Tight to get out of for any car. If ramp was removed, it would be okay.
