Właścicielka pomocna, miła. Była z nami w stałym kontakcie, polecała miejsca. Świetna lokalizacja, ścisłe centrum, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, dostępne wszystkie udogodnienia. Polecam 🙂

Appartamento molto bello, posizione Fantastica!!! Eva e il suo team sempre presenti e gentilissimi. Ogni giorno tanti consigli per shopping visite ristoranti e colazioni.. persino per il suggerimenti link x deposito bagagli dell'ultimo giorno. Unico consiglio che posso dare è aggiungere shampoo e balsamo come prodotti da bagno oltre al shower gel presente in doccia.per il resto tutto perfetto!! Tornerò a Siviglia e tornerò da Eva!!❤️

Assolutamente nulla!

The apartment was decorated beautifully, it was very comfortable and had all of the provisions i needed. It was completely central to all areas of interest and it was very convenient being situated next to a grocery shop for some basic supplies. There were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper. The little sun terrace upstairs was great but would have benefitted from a sun shade. Overall a lovely little apartment.

I cant say there was anything I really didn't like, however, i should note, to help others, that there are stairs to negotiate so not disabled friendly. The apartment provided a small ironing board, however, I would have preferred a full size ironing board to make it easier to press long dresses and trousers.

The property is located in a small building in Alfalfa, which in the city centre. It is in a busy street, but very calm due to a very good isolation. It has all the things you need to feel home and relax after a day hanging around Sevilla. All the main monuments are at a walking distance, 5 to 10 min for most of them and 30 min for the ones a bit further away. So, it's possible to go back to the flat whenever for a break. The host is very proactive and provides with very useful indications and tips.

The price is quite high, but still in line with Sevilla prices that are very high anyway. Being able to cook at home mitigates the high price, as you can skip going to restaurants. Plus, you find all the things you need to prepare your tapas at the market - I would say with even better products than in restaurants.

La ubicación perfecta.

Al llegar nos encontramos el frigorífico lleno de agua y con moho, lo tuvimos que estar limpiando, el segundo día vimos una cucaracha roja del tamaño de una pastilla de jabón y al retirar el mueble para matarla vimos que estaba todo lleno de pelusas, no quisimos decir nada pensando que era puntual y para no estropear nuestra estancia, pero el tercer día al llegar volvimos a ver otra y muchas más pelusas, enviamos un mensaje y era todo automático, al pedir al día siguiente compensación por lo ocurrido nos dicen que al hacer la reclamación el día de la salida no pueden compensarnos con nada, vamos no volvería aquí ni loca, y espero que tomen medidas y fumiguen, respecto al olor del desagüe aunque es insoportable no puedo objetar nada porque fui a sabiendas, tienen suerte de que no fuéramos con niñas, si no llamo a Sanidad porque la excusa que pusieron de que es normal ver esto en verano como ver ratas en Madrid es intolerable, señores me he hospedado cien veces en Madrid y no he visto ni mosquito en los hoteles, RESUMEN: PAGAR ESTE PRECIO POR CONVIVIR CON CUCARACHAS NO POR FAVOR

Appartamento in posizione strategica in un'area pedonale a due passi dalla Setas e dalla cattedrale. Nel giro di pochi passi si trovano diversi bar e ristoranti, oltre che a diversi negozi. Comodo check in e host sempre disponibile. Camera ben arredata, letti comodi e cucina attrezzata
