The area and apartment size.

The weather was cold and made the apartment cold too. The owner provided only one heating device which was not enough. The owner also shoved us out 3 minutes before check out at 10 am. Not enough hot water at night in the shower.

Perfect spacious apartment, fully equiped, separate entrance & terrace, very friendly owners. About 15min by car from wonderful Sulden/Solda ski resort, 5km from nearest supermartket and petrol station. Highly recommended.

For 4 people the apartment is exceptionally spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and living room are separate rooms, which is not common! The kitchen is very large and fully equipped. Another big advantage is that the building is very close to the main road, so you don't have to climb mountain paths to get to it.

I don't know if the owner has any influence on this, but - as others have already mentioned - it would be worth making a correction on Google Maps, because the way Google Maps suggests, you definitely won't get to this apartment! You should only turn onto the next road; just after the bridge to Suldenbach.
