Oasi Macarena

Charming apartment in a very nice local area of Sevilla (Macarena). It's a traditional old town house with 3 apartments; 2 for renting out and one is the owner's. It's on a very narrow street, no cars, so quiet at night for sleeping. Very big and beautiful terrace + an extra outdoor area on the roof (good for views). Comfortable bed. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Very nice and friendly host, good communication. Would be very happy to return for a little longer stay.

The apartment is cozy and feels like home and the private balcony is a perfect place to relax

L' alloggio al piano terreno purtroppo risulta piuttosto buio e umido, il letto è piccolo per due persone, sicuramente meglio il piano superiore ..

Access via a non vehicle road so quiet. Host also lives in the building and is very friendly and speaks good English. Gave us a local map and spent a while highlighting what to do and see in the city, Apartment has an outside area directly outside the back door and also has access to the roof area as well. We cooked a meal in the apartment so has everything required for that.

Cost compared to Malaga, Cordoba and Grenada is a bit more but that might just be a Seville issue rather than this apartment. Beware train issues north of Malaga in March 2025, we had to change to bus to get back to the airport.

Appartamento grande con tutto il necessario. Ottima la posizione ma soprattutto tranquilla. Fabio è davvero un super host. Sicuramente se ritorneremo a Siviglia contatteremo Fabio.

Il bagno spesso ha odore di fogna ma non ci si può fare granché.

The communication with Fabio via WhatsApp went very well and he welcomed us very friendly when we arrived. The Location of the appartment is very good. Close to the Center but in a very quite alley. Sleep was very good. All togehter it was a pleasant stay with a very nice host. We would choose it again.
