Nice, clean, well located, good communication with the host, well equipped and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to the center, with some good restaurants almost under the window.

Minor problem with hot water and water pressure in one shower. We did not ask for intervention as there was a spare bathroom.

Apartment was good, clean, the hosts are very friendly.good location.

It was very very very cold! We spent 2 nights there in December and it was freezing all days and nights, wearing jackets at home was necessary, heating was not sufficient.

Gli spazi sono veramente soddisfacenti per una famiglia numerosa. La pulizia.

The apartament was the best solution for our family group in Perugia. Andrea was fine. he also gave us many advices. One remark - Perugia city is a bit hilly with some narrow streets, so be prepared :-).
