Perfect location right in the heart of an old town

Parking might be tricky

Can't beat the location in the heart of palermo, All sight-seeing ,restaurants,shops,S.markets & transportation is just 1 min walk, The host is very helpful, when we arrive palermo in 8 am, he offered to keep the luggage to hang around freely with accessibility of early check in

The apartment is not so comfortable, no sitting area only dinning table, The beds & mattresses are not comfy with A/C in the main bedroom only and the room with the sofa bed has an electric fan, The kitchen is not equipped Although there's is a washing machine in the place, there is no detergents to use Same for coffee machine, no capsules, Even no boiler or kettle Which make all the equipment useless unless you buy The needed, In addition The neighbors were so so noisy

Central location, spacious apartment, kind owner/ guest, nice decor

Things that could be improved: Receipt after cash payment not provided, kitchen sponge already used, uncomfortable bed mattress and sofa, low wifi signal.

From the balcony you can see Massimo theater 😁 central location and tipical italian building .loved the staying ,couldnt ask for more !!

The accomodation is located in the center of Palermo. The appartment had a spacious livingroom and bedroom. The bedroom was equipped with a (very) small kitchen setup in the closet, but with so many great restaurants around the corner we didn't even touch it. The bathroom is adequate. When we arrived we could pickup the key from a locker at the front door. The appartment was spotless clean when we arrived. There was a free-to-use small basket of child/baby toys in the hallway which our little one loved.

Allthough the bathroom is adequate the shower is a bit small. The accomodation is in a vibrant side street filled with restaurants. Overall the appartment is failrly sound-proof but still you can hear the restaurants below. Could be uncomfortable is you're an early and light sleeper.

The very kind owner and his son were at the property to meet us and to hand over the keys. They were very welcoming and there were even some sweets in the fridge for our group of 9 people. The location is very central and it was easy to explore the city by foot. The bus stop to go to places a bit further away was located close to the house. The house itself is very charming with old wooden floors and high ceilings.

The only thing I can think of is that there were no fans in the house. We rented two apartments and only the official bedrooms were equipped with airco's. Some of us slept on the sofa beds in the living rooms though and these as well as the dining room could get quite hot. Additional fans would have been good.

I really recommend this place. The apartment has great location at a very beautiful street. And the best part was the host. Very helpful and really really nice. Thank you!
