Posizione centrale, camera confortevole e ben attrezzata.

Il costo, in rapporto all'alloggio e ai pochi servizi, e quella lettera un po' minacciosa per il check out. Ci è stato chiesto di lasciare pulita la stanza in modo arrogante, minacciando sanzioni se non avessimo rispettato le indicazioni. Siamo persone civili e abbiamo lasciato tutto a posto, ma avevamo pagato una stanza, e non poco, non la sua pulizia. Inoltre hanno parlato di trattenerci soldi da una caparra che nessuno ci aveva mai chiesto, per fortuna.

Appartamento al terzo piano con ascensore più che fornito di tutto il necessario, pulito, in posizione eccezionale per i mezzi pubblici e a 10 minuti dal centro, raggiungibile a piedi. Il titolare sempre puntuale nelle risposte e disponibile alle varie esigenze. Ho apprezzato la guida di Siviglia (32 pagine!) creata dal proprietario dove veniva descritto ogni aspetto da vivere in città. Lo consiglio vivamente!

"Excellent location ."

The communication before going .The location .Kitchen well equipped with everything we needed.Beds comfortable.

The Terrace was a bonus but when we used it we had a table but all the chairs were broken or dirty not good at all .The cleaning in the apartment could of been better very dusty.

The apartment is great. Wonderful location, the apartment contains everything you need for a few days stay. Entrance to the apartment is 100% remote, which helps with non-standard arrival times. Contact with the owner is excellent.
