No air conditioning black darkness even in the day no light and mould and damp broken fan broken socket no second key just 1 as a couple bad mouldy smell everywhere no fire exit bars on the windows so no escape if fire happens only exit at front door fire extinguishers out of date for over 1 year don't rent this property it's poor and the worst I have ever been in stay well away from it as far as possible don't waste your money

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. L'appartamento è accogliente ed è presente tutto il necessario. Camera spaziosa.

Check-in nel pomeriggio magari se fosse un po' prima sarebbe stato meglio. Abbiamo chiesto la cortesia di poter anticipare ma non è stato possibile anzi è arrivato anche in ritardo. La posizione nel navigatore non è precisa, ma basta mettere il numero corretto cioè n.25 Personalmente consiglio di mettere la tv in camera ma non è una nota negativa solo un parere.

Limpieza, ubicación, facilidad

The flat is in the heart of the old city centre, everything is in a walking distance. The flat was described well in previous comments, its useful, smart but not perfect. The renovation was smart but not done in a great quality, still for this price in this area its a great choice. Maybe a little bit less furniture would make it feel more comfortable and spacious. The host was kind, responding very fast and giving a lot of help when it was needed. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, the house and the street was quiet, TV working well. If you don't stay long at the flat because you do mostly sightseeing, than its the perfect choice, the location is fantastic.

The bed in the bedroom is super uncomfortable because the matrass is very very soft. The sofa bed is also tricky because the two side is completely different but still much better to sleep on than the bedroom bed. The bathroom could use more storage space and the shower is tricky. The water goes out very easy and the door is noisy. The kitchen could use more tools, like mugs, small pot, a sharp knife.

Brilliant location. Lovely facilities. Great WiFi.
