"Mold, rotten and humid in June"

Nothing

Strong mold smell when you open the door. Many walls and wood fittings are rotten. So humid that even during our stay in June with 38°C and 20% humidity outside, our laundry would not be dry within 2 days. The listing shows there is a ladder to a mezzanine but it was locked away. I requested access, the owner lied about it and stopped answering.

Location

Not very clean, there were dust in the family room tables, bedroom lamp, not enough space in bathroom for toiletries, noisy, the AC have a noise, washing machine didn’t work. In the kitchen had to put the microwave on top off the trash can to plug it in.
