Host cordiale e struttura pulita ma purtroppo molto calda a causa della mancanza di un condizionatore.E'presente in piccolo deumidificatore portatile che non rinfresca affatto.

The bed was comfortable. It was good that we had a balcony.

-the owner is not speaking English at all. Nothing! They put in the description that they are speaking Italian and Spanish. I wrote to them in Spanish, I have spoken in Spanish, they don't know even the Spanish language. -they told me to call 30 minutes before arriving at the apartment. I called them and when I arrived at the building they put me to wait another 25 minutes to receive the keys of the apartment but they showed me twice on the paper that we need to leave until 10 a.m when checking out. -they had no shower gel, no shampoo, nothing. If you want to take a shower, you need to bring your own shower gel. -the neighborhood is an industrial area and it's not looking friendly at all. There are people with strange behavior, and I do not recommend you to walk alone at night. You are not feeling safe. -the people in the building are very noisy at night. You can hear their conversations. They started to speak loudly at midnight.

The proximity to the main train station and the mini-metro. Also having a supermarket nearby was a bonus.

We had a lot a trouble finding the property to collect the key. As a foreign national, the directions within Booking.com were insufficient to help guide us to the location even with google maps. Nonetheless we did find the person by making a phone call. But directions need to be improved.

The room was okey-ish, the kitchen was well equipped, the room had a balcony.

At first we had a problem with check-in out. The room is in the apartment building with no instructions provided how to get to it. So we went to the address and called the owner. She didn't speak English and even if we informed her about our time of arrival, we still had to wait for about half an hour to get in the apartment. Parking is narrow but my WV Tiguan got into it fine. However, if you're not an experienced driver it may cause some problems. The room is small, but quite fine. However, the bed's mattress is really over worn and not comfortable. In addition to that, the window frame was making strong noise when windy. It got better when we fixed it with the towel. The shower is really small and not comfortable. Also, no toiletries provided, no shower gel, etc. No coffee, sugar or tea are provided too.

Nothing. The owner said it was in a high crime area and we should trust no one

Took fours to chech in. Owner did not answer phone until 17:15 and we could not occupy unit until1800. There are no markings on directory of building to show you had the right location. How is booking.com going to compensate me for the lost day and the frustration of host not showing up for four hours?.??

I liked the fact that it was near a bus station and it was easy to travel

I didn’t like the fact that the apartment was super hot and there was no air conditioning.

The location was great, very close to the main train station and minimetro. The parking was secure and there was an elevator. A terrific grocery was right around the corner, and a few good restaurants were within walking distance.

It was a struggle for us to find the place and get the keys. The entrance to the building is on a side street and there were no signs anywhere for the residence. We called ask instructed to meet someone, but that person did not speak English. He was very kind and well meaning but the entire process of parking in a very narrow space in a dark underground lot was challenging. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked lighting a an over head fan. There were no numbers on the doors to the apartments.

Great apartment, very clean and well appointed. Nice easy walk to train station, buses & taxis, & minimetro. Also supermarket and takeaway restaurant just downstairs if you require!

Just a mention....there is no aircon but a fan is provided that worked well for us overnight on our 5 night stay.
