"Buen sitio para hospedarse en Sevilla"

La localización, colchones cómodos, espacio amplio, propietario amable… Buen sitio para hospedarte si vas con más gente. Gracias!

No es que no nos gustara, pero como recomendación sería poner un ventilador de techo en el último cuarto y un biombo para tener más intimidad. La tv necesita ser actualizada.

"Top apartment for maximum 7 people"

Very well located in lively hood with many options for food and easy to get to casco historico. Extremely friendly owner, already before checkin very supportive and always approachable during stay. Clean and comfy apartment.

Hard to find free parking; we stayed in a closeby underground carpark and paid ~90 Euro for 4 nights and days.

"One of the best stays of my life"

I loved everything, from the host, to the instructions, to the amenities. I think this might be top 3 apartments I've ever been to. The host is a caring, funny, organised gentleman who made sure we got the guides, infos, cleaning, everything you could imagine. The service in this apartment was better than most hotels I've been to.

Nothing to not like.

"Lovely host and neighborhood a short distance away from the bustle of the primary tourist area."

The host is wonderful: very responsive, warm and friendly, great follow-through. The apartment is in a neighborhood away from the tumult of the main tourist area, but an easy 15 minute walk to the primary sites. Nice balcony / patio to sit on and enjoy a glass of wine.

The apartment had what looked to be mold on the walls in 2 rooms and in the bathroom. The host was aware and was working to schedule abatement and painting.

"Superb"

9.0

A cute flat in the middle of Triana with lots of bars, shops and restaurants close by. Everything clean and well presented. The landlord even changed the bedding half way through our stay since we had to substitute one colleague for another due to illness.

Everything was perfect!
