"Maravillosa estancia en el centro de Sevilla"

La localización del alojamiento es muy buena, muy cerca de lugares emblemáticos de Sevilla y en una zona tranquila. Teresa, la anfitriona, nos atendió en todo momento y solucionó todas nuestras dudas en el momento. El acceso al alojamiento es sencillo y se proporcionan instrucciones claras. Sin duda una opción muy recomendable para hacer turismo por el centro de Sevilla.

L'appartamento è in una buona posizione rispetto al centro della città.

L’appartamento è in una buona posizione rispetto al centro della città ma presenta alcune criticità da non sottovalutare. Innanzitutto molti dei mobili e degli arredi sono vetusti. La sporcizia che abbiamo riscontrato è dovuta in parte ad una pulizia sicuramente superficiale dell’appartamento: ragnatele e polvere. In altra parte a problemi strutturali dell’immobile: umidità, muffa, formiche presenti soprattutto in bagno e altri insetti. Il problema maggiore lo abbiamo riscontrato, sempre in bagno, quando dal WC è uscita una blatta mentre una nostra amica era in bagno. Il fatto, oltre che disgustoso, è anche pericoloso per le malattie che questi insetti possono procurare. La risposta del proprietario è stata piuttosto sbrigativa: siamo in Spagna ed è normale che vi siano. Loro effettuano un trattamento trimestrale ma altro non possono fare. Sinceramente ci saremmo aspettati un altro tipo di trattamento contro questo tipo di insetti soprattutto se il problema è continuo. Dunque appartamento da sconsigliare.

La posizione e nell'appartamento c'era tutto quello che serviva per cucinare.

L'appartamento era sporco in terra e poco pulita in cucina, con depositi di grassi nella cappa aspirante. Il letto, scomodo da rifare, aveva dei lenzuola poco adatti al materasso. Per il resto nel appartamento c'era tutto.
