-Badewanne und Dusche -Schwedenofen (Holz wird zur Verfügung gestellt) -Bäckerei, Metzger und Getränkehandel im Ort (zu Fuß erreichbar) -sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter -2 Schlafzimmer -Kindersicherung in den Steckdosen und am Ofen -Schirm und Schuhanzieher

-nichts -2 Hinweis bzw. Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1. Die Fernsehprogramme könnten alphabetisch sortiert werden, dann tut man sich leichter bei der Suchen. 2. Die Küche könnte mit Backpapier und Alufolie ausgestattet werden.

"Comfortable stay with some limitations"

The apartment was comfortable and had basic kitchen amenities. Self check-in was easy, and it’s located on the first floor.

The listing mentions a washing machine, but it’s not inside the apartment. It’s located downstairs and only available on request, as the owner does not allow guests to access it freely. It’s locked, so we ended up not using it because it was too inconvenient.

"Prima vakantiehuis"

Prima vakantiehuis, goed verzorgd en schoon en voldoende leefruimte. Mooie ruime badkamer. Parkeren kan bij de woning. Goede locatie voor bezienswaardigheden in Bergtesgaden te zien zoals Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus en de gezellige stad Salzburg en nog veel meer.

Een kleine opmerking; De bedden liggen niet heel comfortabel en in 1 slaapkamer zijn er geen horen aanwezig en dat is echt nodig in de zomer.

"Toller Familienurlaub in sehr schöner Gegend in einer Wohnung mit viel Ausstattung. Nix für Lärmempfindliche."

Geräumige Wohnung, gute Ausstattung, gute Kommunikation, zentrale Lage. Großer Garten mit schönen Sitzecken und viel Spielzeug für die Kinder. Abschließbarer Schuppen für die Räder mit Lademöglichkeit für EBikes

Nicht immer ist schönes Design auch bequem oder praktisch. Badewanne unbequem, Warmwasser erst nach langem Vorlauf. Die direkte Lage an der Durchgangsstraße mit entsprechendem Lärmpegel hätte man besser im Vorfeld kommuniziert.
