The staff was very polite and respectful. The room was very spacious. I did like the kitchen setup.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and the tv kept having unexpected errors. You could smell weed nearby. I don't know if it was 1 of the neighbor rooms or someone before me.

On Booking it states " no extra pet fee", there is a $25 per day pet fee. Online it states "washing machine" implying there is a washer/dryer in the unit, there is not. Not even close, the ones they do have were either broken or people forgot about their laundry being done in the machine (even though the app notifies you). We went to the store and bought our own cleaning supplies to clean the unit. There is no dog park, just a playground. I could have rented a much nicer for half the price. Oh, and the office closes at 5:30pm so be aware of that. I WOULD HAVE NEVER PAID THIS MUCH FOR A PLACE WITHOUT A WASHER AND DRYER, OR THAT ADDS A TON OF EXTRA FEES AFTER YOU ALREADY PAID FOR THE ROOM. I AM SORTA COMMITED AFTER PAYING FOR THE ROOM. DO NOT STAY HERE!! NOW I AM WAITING FOR MY DEPOSIT BACK, BUT I HIGHLY DOUBT I WILL EVER SEE ANY OF THAT MONEY AGAIN.

Not much did not end up staying due to bug problem.

I found the intense smell of cigarette smoke (casino level smell) to be overwhelming but could ultimately look past that. What I could not look past and ultimately lead me to leaving before I could even try to sleep was the cockroaches that we kept finding while trying to get ready for bed.
