Nice location. Host helpful in emailing information on how to access keys in lock box. Host quick to reply to email questions during our short stay.

Poor bathroom amenities (soap, body wash). Could not check out at 11 AM even though next guests only check-in at 3 PM. Difficult to find place—we got a map at a store near the escalators to find the rental. No tourist information at rental. We were not aware of difficult climb by stairs and escalators to rental. Would have been good if host told us of elevators, and that we could drive to rental to unload bags, but only with a narrow small car. Neither host nor assistant there to greet us.

Excellent location and a beautifully renovated, immaculate apartment. Quiet and walkable to everything in Orvieto. We highly recommend it!!

In a quiet area but still close to main attractions and restaurants. Host was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean with good amenities. Would recommend for other travelling couples or small families.

At walking distance to everywhere in Old Town, this apartment is charming and cozy. Communication was flawless. Thank you for accommodating our needs!

Just worth mentioning - is not the apartment itself but the town - there's no car park for tourists in the "upper town" so you will need to park it a few sets of escalators away. They work on the way up but you will need to go a few sets of stairs down. We went near the apartment with the car to take luggage out and then parked. Same story when leaving. But streets are very narrow, so make sure you're a good driver!

Amazing location, quality furnishings, fantastic place. Would definitely stay here again. Best place we stayed in Europe.

Modern, clean property in a quiet neighborhood (not that we expect that there are many noisy neighborhoods in Orvieto!). Owner / manager was very communicative (using chat and email). A fantastic place to use as a base for a few days... or more!... for anyone exploring the hill towns and lakes in the Orvieto / Umbria / Lazio / Tuscany area. Our one tip for anyone like us in a rental car would be to scout the parking lot on southwest perimeter of town prior to arrival (i.e., the parcheggio on Strada de Porta Romana).

Nothing. All was very nice.

It was really cosy and very clean. Beds for 4 persons and my 12 year old slept on the sofa bed in the hall. Very comfortable. Also very convenient as it's only a few minutes walk to the shops. The owner gave very good instructions on how to get in.

The road leading there was narrow for driving but its that way for most of Orvieto. Its just part of the charm.
