Ground floor flat, it was noisy.

Great location. Nice flat. Clean and tastefully decorated with good wifi. Good communication before we arrived

The room is advertised with 24hr reception, there is no reception. We were told someone would meet us, but they decided not to at the last minute. In the end it did not matter as the instructions were clear and worked. Of greater concern, the door lock stopped working one evening, phone calls were not answered but there was a reasonably quick whatsapp response and the lock remotely reset. Not sure what would have happened if this had occurred later at night or the remote reset unsuccessful.

NO WINDOWS. The room is no natural Light and no Windows. I’ve found a couple of cockroaches. alive. I’ve asked to change the room or clean it. they came and sprayed some poison that obviously killed the cockroach which I found dead near my bed when I arrived home. I’ve asked for almost a month some discount or an alternative solution but nothing came. so at the end very disappointed on how the owner reacted to this issue. very bad service.

it was so spacious, modern, and reasonably priced! the bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely time here.

Cannot rate this place highly enough! It's a great location in the centre of town, the apartment is beautiful, and there's loads of room. And the company were very responsive to anything - including putting in a new router within a couple of hours of us saying the wifi wasn't working well. Highly recommended!
