"Un appartamento delizioso"

L 'appartamento è in stile casa della nonna ( perché è realmente una tradizionale casa andalusa della nonna come da foto)è davvero molto accogliente e non manca nulla! La cucina è molto grande e fornita di tutto. E il plus sono i doppi servizi! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste. La cosa in assoluto migliore è stata la stanza da letto al piano superiore con materasso comodo, con il bagno e un piccolo terrazzino davvero delizioso. La cattedrale è raggiungibile in 8 minuti a piedi. A 5 minuti a piedi ci sono almeno 2 supermercati. E sotto casa ci sono diversi ristoranti tra cui anche un ottimo italiano! Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa struttura.

Posizione Ottima, vicinissima a tanti ristoranti e ad un market che rimane aperto sino a mezzanotte. L'appartamento è strutturato su due piani, con una camera singola, cucina soggiorno e bagno giù e una scala a chiocciola per accedere all'altra camera matrimoniale con il bagno in camera. Accoglienza ottima anche con arrivo tardivo. Comunicazione perfetta. Super consigliato

"Superverblijf in Sevilla midden in het oude centrum."

Toplocatie in het oude gedeelte.. voldoende restaurants in de buurt. Vriendelijk host. Authentiek gebouw. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig.

Situation du lieu, tout près du centre Logement un peu "vieillot" mais bien équipé Possibilité de louer un parking (à faire car difficile de trouver une place dans le centre)

"Calme et agréable"

Appartement confortable et très calme. Il est situé dans une petite impasse. Pas de circulation de voitures et pas de bruit malgré qu'il soit localisé dans un quartier très vivant, à 10 minutes à pied de l'Alcazar. La terrasse en roof-top est très agréable. Nous avons eu la chance d'en disposer pour nous seuls. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et de bon conseil.

Il faut aimer les escaliers.

"My daughter enjoyed her stay."

It was ideal for my daughter

Being charged an additional 21 euros to the agreed price. Owner advised this was due to him electing to be paid in NZ dollars as opposed to local currency (euros). I am unaware of any more detail of the financial transaction but this should not be allowed and consumers should have certainty as far as payments are concerned. This will make me think very hard about using Booking.Com in the future.

Appartement spacieux, propre ( à l excetion du mobilier de la terrasse). Situé dans une impasse au calme

Mobilier terrasse sale, un lave linge dans la cuisine qu il est interdit de utiliser alors que mentionné dans le descriptif

"Perfect!"

Het apartement is heel ruim, en het balkon ook! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, zelfs een strijkplank. De host is echt attent en behulpzaam, en reageert snel.

Appartamento molto carino... centralissimo, vicino a tutte le comodità. Molto silenzioso. Si arriva in dieci minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, consigliandoci le cose da fare e dove mangiare. Consigliatissimo.
