It was a perfect location For all sightseeing in palermo. Air con was good and accommodation large. Host was very helpful.

Water heater was v loud. And some of our plugs didn't match in apartment. Otherwise it was good.

Location is wonderfully close to every local attraction, yet the proximity to Ballarò famous market makes sometimes the spot noisy and busy. Overall, I would say it's a confortable and great location.

Kitchen is quite small, yet equipped with everything you may need. Bathrooms/toilet aren't that luxurious compared with the rest of the apartment and I dare say they need a check up.

The location of this large spacious apartment couldn't be better. It's in an old palazzo in the center of old Palermo within walking distance of all the major attractions and is in its own little square facing a gorgeous baroque church that is really worth a visit. We loved the location. It is beautifuly appointed and spotlessly clean and looks SO much nicer than the photos- it's really lovely (and the living room is a soft green, not neon green as it appears on Booking.com!) The kitchen is well appointed and the main room is really comfortable. We caused the host some agita when our plans changed and we ended up arriving way after we said we would- but to his credit, he waited for us and was pleasant when we arrived. There are really no instructions in the flat for anything, so we had to figure out the a/c and washer in our own (and never could get the dishwasher to work). There are two a/c units and they do a decent job of keeping the main rooms cool, but struggle to keep the bedrooms as cool. There is a (fairly noisy) standing fan in one bedroom that helps at night and a ceiling fan in the other room that we didn't use.

As others have mentioned, the apartment is quite dark and underlit. If you open all the windows/shutters it's fine during the day, but at night the kitchen especially is very dark with a very high wooden ceiling and only one fixture over the dining table. We made do with some lamps that we moved around, but the undercounter light in the kitchen didn't work, and we never did make it very light in there, which would have made doing any cooking problematic. Also, as others have mentioned the beds are rock hard. My partner loves a hard bed, so no problem there, but it was tough for me for 4 nights.

It is vast , well decorated appartment in an old building in the very centre of Palermo, where we spent 5 days, exploring Palermo and the region. We were 3 of us with my husband and a friend of ours. The appartment has 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and these two parts are separated by dinning room with kitchen and a living room with 2 sofas ,which is nice if you need privacy. Everything you need is there and the appartment is decorated with fresh designers touch. Our host Toni was wonderful ! Very helpful and polite. .Just accross the street is Chiesa dei Jesu- Cassa proffesa whitch is a must . I visited it every morning, before starting our day program, just to fill my eyes with beauty. The appartment is less than 5 minutes walk to Quatro Canti, Pretoria Fountain, Monasteries of Santa Katerina and also there are a lot of restaurants and Cafes arround.
