Schitterende locatie - rustige straat, om de hoek van het bruisende historische centrum van Sevilla. Onwijs fijn contact met de eigenaar, alles ging soepel. Wasmachine voor alle gemakken ook aanwezig. Voldoende handdoeken voor ons langere verblijf waren aanwezig, alsook een fijne eerste set om kleding te kunnen wassen, sanitaire voorzieningen alsook voor het vaatwassen. Ruim appartement en efficiënt ingedeeld!

De luchtverversing en de geur in de badkamer. Het is lastig goed door te luchten, of beneden op te warmen vanwege de indeling van de ruimte. Lastig trap op te komen met zware koffer, en ook wat minder natuurlijk licht.

"Tolles City-Apartment"

Die Lage dieses wunderschönen kleinen Apartments in der Altstadt von Sevilla könnte überhaupt nicht besser sein. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bei den Setas und trotzdem wohnt man absolut ruhig. Carrefour Express ist quasi um die Ecke, um sich mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken. Die Küche war für uns gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einer Nespresso-Kapselmaschine. Das Apartment ist modern, die Betten waren bequem, wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, er hat immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagiert.

"Apartamento moderno en el centro de Sevilla."

Apartamento muy bonito, moderno, limpio y bien ubicado. Decoración actual y buena pantalla de TV. Cocina bien equipada y cama cómoda.

Quizás que es poco luminoso y el baño olía extraño.

Recurring bad odors in the bathrooms The mezzanine is a bit low-ceilinged and so is the bathroom

It's a very nicely set out apartment, with everything you need for a comfortable stay (well equipped kitchen, large tv, separate eating, living, sleeping areas). It's in a quiet location, an easy 20 walk to most attractions.

It's on the ground floor and doesn't get much natural light (despite the very large window), so it was a little dark in the morning. Very pleasant to return to later though.
