Genteel Home Plaza Nueva

Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Bad sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem ( wenn man eine etwas härtere Matratze bevorzugt), auch das Schlafsofa war sehr bequem. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, genügend Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe und Besteck. Außerdem gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine ( mit Kapseln), einen Toaster und eine elektrische Orangenpresse für frisch gepressten O- Saft morgens. ( leider zu spät entdeckt) Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die 1a Lage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Als wir dort waren gab es zwei Baustellen in der Nähe, die es uns sehr früh aufwachen ließen.

Location is perfect, to walk to all the attractions. The Apartment is well equipped. Parking is 1min away, but expensive (Euro25 p/day). The Agent/Host was quick to respond to our messages and to meet us at the Apartment on time, to check in.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, to the extend that after two nights your body/back hurts.

O apartamento é maravilhoso!!! Espaçoso, muito bem mobiliado e decorado, com todas as comodidades de uma casa: Cozinha completa e muito bem equipada; sala de visita e jantar muito bem decorada e aconchegante. Quartos com camas confortáveis e armários. Ar condicionado central. Localização perfeita: próximo atrações e restaurantes. Local tranquilo e seguro! Voltaria com certeza.

It was overall an amazing stay! It was fully equipped and located very well, everything was walking distance which made our trip very seamless.

Nothing that we did not like but a full sized mirror would be nice.

Pleasant, clean apartment. Good washing machine and kettle. Handy location for=exploring and parking.

The guy who showed us things in the apartment mentioned a Smart TV - there was a remote control but no box. A technician came and changed the batteries on the remote but there was still no box or connection. He said he would come the next day. When he did;t, I contacted the host and received the message that there was no smart TV - the maid had put the remote there my mistake.... We like to watch documentaries about the places we are visiting. We can do it on the phone but it's much nicer to watch on a TV screen.
