Muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo y en un zona céntrica pero tranquila. Sin ruidos molestos.

El colchón ya está un poco hundido y se hacía un poco incómodo dormir. Pero todo lo demás impecable.

The property is in Central Sevilla allowing for easy walking to multiple locations. The apartment was comfortable for a couple. Very clean, with all necessary kitchen supplies, nice to have a washing machine.

1. The instructions to initially enter on the first day were poorly written which caused a regrettable first impression. (Suggest keys be left at a nearby store to be picked up by new renters) 2.We believed that there was staff available, but everything was via AI on WhatsApp 3. Bolsters on bed, were too hard to be pillows (used decorative pillows for sleeping on instead). 4. Construction directly outside of the building. 5. No instruction on disposing of kitchen waste after asking on WhatsAp.

fantastic location and great space and facilities for 2 people

struggled to get into the main building using the instructions provided… but management agents were immediately available via WhatsApp to help

Súper cómodo el departamento y totalmente equipado. No te falta nada. La ubicación es excelente. Cerca de todos los lugares de interés.

Lo único que podría mejorar es que las cortinas black out no dejan de n trae la luz. Pero levantadas se ve todo desde el departamento de al lado
