Geweldig appartement! Mooi, ruim dakterras met heerlijk zwembadje en buiten douche. Vanaf hier heel mooi uitzicht. Locatie is perfect, je loopt zo het centrum in. Luggage store om de hoek. Keuken ook heel ruim uitgerust. Zeker een aanrader!

O apartamento é espaçoso, completo e com uma vista espetacular. A cobertura, área com piscina, é um plus fantástico... Especialmente neste calor do verão.

As almofadas para dormir são muito pequenas e simples...

The house was great—spacious, with a nice balcony and a pool that was perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours. It’s in a great location, close to the city centre and Plaza de España. The host was friendly and shared useful recommendations for places to visit.

Beautiful flat in a fantastic location for walking into historic Seville. Easy meet & greet at the property. Particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace, perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city!

Great top floor living space and roof terrace. Clean and well equipped throughout. Beautiful views over the historic centre of Seville and minutes away from the centre too.

A little bit of road noise, but didn’t detract from a lovely happy stay.

Layout and decor

Advertised as 3 bathroom but it is a 2 bathroom and a toilet. Advertised as a swimming pool. It is about 2m x 1.4m so no swimming here. Property had not been cleaned properly. It even smelled of previous guests. Floors had not been hoovered or mopped. Towels were filthy. Bed linen was dirty. Sofa was dirty. Most of the glasses were chipped along with other pieces of crockery. The outdoor area did not look like the pic. Outdoor area had not been properly cleaned in a long time. We stayed out of the property for the first day and evening to allow the cleaners to come in, essentially losing our first day to accommodate them. On the day of our departure the cleaners arrived promptly at 11am. Having accommodated them by vacating the property for several hours we received no act of goodwill in return but were just met with hostility. Not a good start to our holiday. The cleaners asked 2 of us if we had used all the beds so I assume they don’t bother changing all the bedding and towels if they don’t look like they have been used. On doing a quick scan for personal items of the upstairs before I left, the cleaners had already made huge improvements to the outdoor area. I suspect the owner was arriving.
