La ubicación y que gracias a la chica de la limpieza nos dejaron entrar un poco antes de la hora.

Piscina estropeada. Puerta de terraza estropeada. Pone que son dormitorios independientes y no hay ni puertas ni intimidad al estar con otra pareja. No hay vasos ni sillas para las 4 personas. Algo sucio, sobre todo el baño de la parte de arriba del apartamento.

Absolutamente nada, publicidad engañosa! Llegamos y la piscina estaba a un cuarto,sucia y el motor roto,humedades, congelador con cosas del anterior huésped...Todo sucio,reclamamos y la solución que nos dieron fue que nos bañaramos con una manguera,al día siguiente vino el de mantenimiento y vacío la piscina a cubos porque el motor estaba roto.... decepcionante! No recomiendo para nada! Mala gestión, mala limpieza y mal mantenimiento....los detalles brillan POR SU AUSENCIA!

Cheguei ao apartamento e não estava limpo. Tive que esperar pela empregada de limpeza e só após uma hora e pouco estava pronto. A Loiça disponibilizada nos armários estava mal lavada. O apartamento tem cozinha Equipada mas Não tem mesa para refeições nem uma cómoda para arrumar/ pousar a roupa. O positivo mesmo foi a localização e a facilidade em falar com os donos do alojamento. O apartamento número 10 é muito barulhento, pois é colado à porta de ferro do prédio. As batidas constantes de quem entra e sai é infernal. Para quem gosta de dormir ao escuro, também não é possível.

The location is within walking distance to everything you'd need including the airport bus stop. The entry codes to get in mean you won't lose your keys and it was nice to have a lift.

Would you swim in this pool?! We found that the pump and filter system was completely broken and wrapped up in duct tape. The water was stagnant, the pool was dirty. I should have read the reviews more thoroughly as I can now see other people reviewing the penthouse saying the pool was broken when they stayed - a month prior to us! The owners sent a pool maintenance man out the day after we arrived and he basically said, "yeah it's got a broken pump" with the only option being to empty the pool, clean it and refill it. He was lovely, but the pool clearly needs a new pump and filter which he didn't arrive with. He did his best and most of the dirty water was replaced but the grime around the edge was untouched. Not ideal when Seville temperatures are soaring and you've specifically paid for an apartment with a pool to escape the heat. As you'd expect, without a filter mechanism or a pool cover, the pool water was full of insects and debris again a few hours later. Other mild annoyances were that the TV didn't work, the apartment electrics were tripped by the broken pool, the bathroom drainage is poor and the hairdryer could do with being replaced As a base hub, the apartment served it's purpose. But with hindsight, I'd have saved money and booked something else without a pool as that's effectively what we ended up with.
