"Best ever host"

It is all about the host, Vito. He is always there for the guests. So easy to contact with his through WhatsApp, questions or requests, he answered and made all happen just like magic. Also, he explained and gave tips of my stay in beautiful Palermo. His very kind and puncture nanners make my trip be even better. The apartment was very well equipped for my stay, washer/dryer was so nice, because it was hot days, I needed it much. It is very clean and well-maintained.

It is 1st floor of the building (like half way basement in USA way) so a bit dark, but we explore city daytime, and apartment has tons of lights to bright up. Also I had bug incidents, but Vito took care of it. These were minor issues and personally they did not bug me much.

Vito was very helpful and the accommodation had all the amenities we needed. Location was great too.

It’s a little tired, smelling a bit of damp. Could do with a little freshening up!

I loved how the apartment was furnished - everything was stylish and clean, and there was all we needed for the stay there. We definitely felt like at home there. It was spacious enough for our family of three. The location was perfect - close to the city center and yet in a nice and safe neighborhood. It's also close to a store where you can buy some cheap groceries. The host was extremely helpful and nice. At the arrival, he outlined what is worth visiting and provided us with some practical information about bus transportation, shops etc. It exceeded our expectation by far!

Words cannot explain how thoughtful Vito was. From the moment I arrived where he offered to pick me up at the bus station to when I left and offered to help roll my luggage over to the bus stop. The hospitality is beyond imaginable and he always makes himself available to his guests. The fridge was stocked with water and juices and he also left desserts for us. Very generous with his time and assistance. That is truly priceless and beyond any airbnb experience I’ve stayed in. The unit was clean and spacious and no complaints. He allowed us to keep our luggages at his place and even helped us bring our luggages to the bus stop. I would 100% stay here again!

I would say the bed and pillows were very hard so I suggest getting soft pillows.
