"Comoditat, cèntric i pràctic per passar uns dies en grup."

Pis gran, net, molta llum, rentadora, rentavaixelles, forn... tota la cuina equipada també productes de neteja. 4 habitacions àmplies, 2 banys complerts, ascensor. Molt céntric i tranquil. Carrer amb botigues, cafeteries, supermercats...

És un comunitat de veïns i s'ha de respectar molt el silenci. A partir de les 21h no es pot parlar fort en el teu apartament.

"Bel appartement, propre et bien situé"

Nous étions 2 familles , 7 personnes avec des adolescents. L' appartement est très bien situé pour découvrir Séville . Dans une rue calme avec plein de commerces , très pratique. La communication avec les responsables est très facile et simple . L' appartement est assez grand , très propre. La literie est bonne . Le linge et les produits de toilette sont fournis. La décoration est soignée.

Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine ( pas assez de fourchettes, pas de planche à découper...) Pas assez de chaises pour nous 7 , nous avons pris la chaise de bureau. Des dosettes de café, du thé et quelques petits gâteaux auraient été les bienvenus pour l' arrivée.

It was a great property - excellent value If the property had en suite bathrooms that would make it perfect (but just a nice to have really what is there is great for the value).

"Tranquilo"

Tranquilo. Bien equipado y con muchos productos de limpieza disponibles. Cocina con mucha vajilla y pequeños electrodomésticos disponibles Camas cómodas, sábanas y toallas de repuesto. Amplio. Limpio. Aire acondicionado en cada habitación y en el salón. Además, hay disponibles ventiladores. Muy buena comunicación con los trabajadores por WhatsApp y por la mensajería de Booking.

No tiene campana extractora en la cocina. Es lo único que le podemos poner negativo, pero es un gran problema cuando quieres cocinar y el humo no hay manera de que se vaya de la allí, y menos mal que cerramos todas las habitaciones y la puerta de la cocina. Poca iluminación en el baño más pequeño

Un piso antiguo...pero reformado con todas las comodidades, amplio y limpio, el precio buenísimo y el barrio perfecto con todo lo necesario, tiendas, supermercados, cafeterías, bares, restaurantes etc totalmente recomendable! Volveré sin duda
