Très bel appartement avec une magnifique terrasse. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Séville.

No aircon in the bedroom; inner hall motion sensor light; outdoor dining table too small;

Aside from the already mentioned attributes, the apartment was well furnished, the double terrace offered stunning views and the apartment was private, so no windows were facing ours. It was all round great experience.

Overall Cleanliness was good, but there were areas (such as kitchen sink and toilet area) that could use a deep clean.

I rate this apartment 10/10 straight, not only it met, but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. Staying in this roof top apartment was like living a little dream come through in Sevilla. It is cozy with a very well equipped kitchenette and a detached bedroom for undisturbed sleep. Moreover, the apartment comes with a private terrace overlooking Plaza Nuova and the neighbourhood including some stunning views of the cathedral with La Giralda. This terrace was such a game changer for these very warm days, as it comes with natural shade during the first half of the day, but enjoys the evening sun and has amazing sunset vibes. The location is fantastic, right in the centre within a walking distance to the main sightseeing points and a rapid access to the tram connecting you comfortably with more distant ones. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood that is very central, but not that crowded like the area around Archivo de Indias. Last, but not least - Marta, the host. She was incredibly responsive and attentive to all my needs or worries.

I loved every single bit of the apartment and my stay in Sevilla. I hope to be back in the autumn.

A beautiful apartment on the fouth floor with an enormous patio overlooking the Plaza Nueva, so you are in the heart of Sevilla. Everything is within walking distance and there's multiple bus routes if you want to go further. The apartment itself is well stocked and quite large. It was very comfortable, the bed was soft. It was easy to get in and out of the building as well. Loved our stay

You can take the elevator to the 3rd floor but have to walk up the stairs to the apartment, if you have mobility issues it might be difficult.

Location was amazing and the roof terrace was an added bonus. Marta was extremely helpful

Great accommodation, very responsive host, perfect location. Be sure to spend time on the terrace at sunset and sunrise to see all the birds settling into, and taking off from, the nearby trees...including tons of parrots.
