liked the room and the size of it

1. Included was the spa and wellness, it was under construcion and nobody told us. We had to take at our expenses a taxi to get to another one. 2. It was said 1 sofa bed in the room and it was a normal sofa, i even asked to change room to have the correct one, they did, and it was not a sofa bed again. 3. The location was very loud bc of traffic and in the area there were constructions all over the place. 4. The breakfast had only 3 dish choice, we asked if they could add up a dessert and they said no, also the restaurant closes at 17. 5. No gym or spa in the facility. 6. Nobody even offered to pay us anything back.
