"A neglected place"

The location is good, the place offers 3 separate rooms. The price is affordable.

Based on the pictures this apartment looks quite nice, but the those are not reflecting the reality. The place is full with mold and less cosy. Basically you can not find a properly mounted / installed object within the flat. This is just a gold mine for the owner, not a home. For one or two nights this place can be bearable, but not something to enjoy. In Europe for this price I am expecting more. With a little care and attention the place could be good or even great, but in it's current state I would consider the advertisement as a lie. Just a few extra points: - The neighbours are really noisy even until late hours, which is less ideal for a family with kids. - It is impossible to have the same water temperature for half-one minute (not fun for babies). - ANTS! On the kitchen counter... we had to throw away some of our stuff, which we left there for the night. - but the mold is the biggest problem... Of course we survived it, but we were highly disappointed.
