The location is nice, there is metro station just in front of the building

It looked clean at first glance but it was dirty, the glasses had stains from drinks, the cutlery was dirty, there was a dishwasher but no capsules for it to be used. The towels were dirty with stains on them. We booked the apartment for four people, but there weren’t enough blankets so we used towels as cover and we were freezing at night. Also the sheets were dirty.

The Metro station.

Not worth its price at all. Ill-equipped in every room. There weren´t any medium-size nor large pot in the kitchen nor any pans. There was a total absence of the minimal supplies in the kitchen. In the bathroom there was only one toilet paper and the shower flower was broken. Had to use the water tap to bathe. There were extremely few clothes pegs and all of them were single-wire type. Several pigeons had a nest and its many offsprings inside the box of the window blinds, so there was noise at night and if you opened any windows, there was a risk of letting a pigeon fly in. Batteries of the TV remote control were low. Bare walls without decorations. It was depressing to look at a broken chair with its ripped material bands (kept there as “an ornament”). The extra 33 euros charged after the advertised price were an unpleasant surprise, but I don´t mind when I get truly Booking.com quality.

We liked the location as we went to watch Sevilla FC. The price was good and the balcony was great to have. It had Aircon as well but we didn't need it.

There wasn't any coffee or that kind of thing and no sponges/cloths and tea towels (no drying rack) for washing up.

Nice cosy place with all that you need. There is only one bathroom and toilet though
