Maritza Apartment

Location was ideal, 5 min. walk to main pesdestrian street. Off street parking at no extra charge. Well equipped apartment. Way more space than we needed! Our host was very friendly and accommodating, even allowed us to move our dates a few days.

Air conditioning did not reach the bedroom, so beware if the weather is very hot!

Our host was very nice and helpful, he told us all we needed to know and a bit about the city. The apartment is rather big and we liked the old furniture, which gives the apartment character. The park could be parked in a secured parking lot in the backyard. The apartment is located close to most of the important attractions of Plovdiv (Kapana, main pedestrian street, hills etc.) The bed was really comfortable.

Since the apartment is next to a very busy street it was rather loud in the apartment. Sleeping was ok since the bedroom is situated to the back. When you move around the floor creaks really loudly (we didn’t mind too much). The bathroom sinks and the sink in the kitchen smell rather bad and the bathroom is rather old and a bit run down.
