Уютен апартамент на 3 мин. от главната и Капана +паркинг

Квартира в хорошем расположении. Есть парковка, что очень удобно. Я была с кошкой, и это было замечательно, что хозяин разрешил… в квартире есть всё необходимое. Для готовки всё есть, даже приправы, масло, мука, сахар… есть кофемашина, кондиционеры работали и это спасло меня в жаркое время… мне понравилась квартира, было уютно и комфортно. Спасибо ☺️

Телевизор не работал. В квартире можно было убраться лучше. Летали куски пыли, носки стали за минуту черными, а посуда была грязная, особенно одна из чашек. Плита была очень грязная, и полки все в пыли.

The location-really good area, walking distance to the main attractions.

The cleanliness-a lot of dust on furniture, stains on kitchen cabinets including inside the drawers. The balconies wasn’t wiped at all. If you want to use the sofa as a bed, there is a broken part which does not allow you to fix the extandable part.

Close to city centre

The parking in the garage was a bit tight for large a car, a small one would have no problems

The apartment is situated in a new and clean building and the location is perfect. You're really close to the colorful Kapana district. The apartmant is spacious, it has everithing what you need for your stay. Or... you can feel as at home. Last but not least Svetla is a super host. You can relay on her every time when you need and she replies really fast. Very gentle and polite person. I recommend the apartmant for every one who would like to be in the heart of Plovdiv!

The apartment is very modern and well decorated. It was really clean with a coffee machine and capsules available. We were allowed to have a late check out upon request and availability. The underground parking is for sure a plus.

The only thing we did not enjoy was the sofa bed. It is indeed big enough for 2 people but not suitable for a pleasant and comfortable sleep.
