The Perfect One-Bedroom Maisonette in Plovdiv by Flat Mаnager

Great location! Nice and comfortable

The property itself was great. The boiler wasn’t working and we only got to have warm water on the half of our second day though. While they fixed it rather quickly, it is quite a hassle to get in touch with the manager. The only option is booking messages. They also didn’t propose any compensation for the experience which I would expect to be a common practice.

Nothing all was perfect

Posizione ottima, nel centro storico di Plovdiv, con parecchi ristoranti, bar e servizi nelle immediate vicinanze. Le principali attrazioni della città sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Ambienti ampi e ben insonorizzati. Dotazioni della cucina accettabili.

La struttura è al terzo piano senza ascensore, sarebbe corretto segnalarlo. Il bagno principale non era pulito, con le piastrelle della doccia molto sporche. Lavandini di dimensioni microscopiche.

Είναι στο κέντρο και το δωμάτιο είναι μεγάλο

Πολύ δύσκολα το βρίσκεις. Δεν βοηθάνε ούτε οι χάρτες. Είναι απρόσωπο σαν επιχείρηση, μόνο τηλεφωνικά επικοινωνείς.. Δεν έχει ασανσέρ, χρειάζεται Ν ανέβεις 46 σκαλοπάτια, στενά και με τις αποσκευές δυσκολεύεσαι. Δεν έχει πάρκιγκ και στο πλησιέστερο η ώρα κοστίζει 3 λέβα. Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα το κλιματιστικό που είναι ακριβώς πάνω από το κρεβάτι Χωρίς αυτό κάνει ζέστη και όταν δουλεύει παγώνεις σε λίγα λεπτά. Ο νιπτήρας στο μπάνιο είναι υπερβολικα μικρός. Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι υπερβολικά κακής ποιότητας
