The location was superb. 10-15 min walk from everything! Other than that everything was grand - basic and perfect for a four night stay. Clean and nicely decorated. Air-conditioning was great. Bed was comfortable.

Not quite as stated in the ad. The bedroom was not seperate. No toaster. No oven. While it was on a small street; it was noisy at night as it was on the ground floor. Lights were a bit jittery and keys hard enough to turn on front door of apartment building and of the apartment itself but once you got the hang of it, they were grand.

Location is perfect with the grocery store across the street. And everything else is in a walking distance away (For example 'Plaza de España' was like 30mins of a walk) Airco worked good. It's just a very minimalistic studio. But pictures are good and honest.

So there are more things we didn't like about this accommodation but some of them are easy to fix or to do something about. Keep in mind we spend a long weekend in this accommodation (4nights) First of all, the communication with the owner is very minimal. We never met him/her, sometimes no response sometimes late response. Shower didn't work very good, the knob kept turning around and sometimes you would get sprayed in ur face by the massage spray. No wifi, we thought 4G/5G would be enough but inside the building the connection was very bad. The TV was a little bit old/dated, In my opinion a TV of the same size with smart options would be perfect especially in 2025. Now we only could watch some Spanish television, but not something like Netflix, because you couldn't stream. The bed is very small for 2 persons. It was comfortable enough but not much space to turn without hitting the other person.

The location was very central and the communication with the owners was very friendly. They replied very fast and gave good recommendations.

The room was very humid and the towels would never dry. Furthermore it was one of the only apartments/hotels we ever stayed were there was no available wifi (it was specified in the booking).

Great location, privacy, quiet, facilities (well equipped kitchen, decent bathroom, comfy bed and sofa, kitchen table, walk-in wardrobe, AC, TV, hairdryer, washing machine), grocery store opposite site, loads of bars and restaurants around, accommodation in the heart of Sevilla

Strange smell (mould), difficulty in using shower, no early check-in, no late check-out, no possibility to store luggage, poor communication with the host who gave us an impression of hoping for our early check out and didn't give us much of a welcoming feeling, fridge was not cooling properly, light settings were so confusing and we didn't figure out how to use it properly at the end, AC not the easiest to operate - little nuances, but our overall stay was great so do not be misled - it's just a feedback more for hosts to pay extra attention to these small details

the location was great. I doubt we could've found a better location anywhere else. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were nice and were available to answer any of our doubts.

The room was humid and lacked ventilation. The bathroom in particular smelled so much of mold it made us feel sick. We rented it because according to the ad it had an A/C unit– which it did, but it was old and it barely worked. We chose to spend most of our time outside to avoid the smell and heat of the place.
