"We’ve had only 3 full days so , ok up to now"

No breakfast included But there are plenty of dishes , pots and pans to prepare meals . Location is good

There aren’t any dish towels for drying dishes Now that we’re staying another 2 weeks would be nice to have more bath and hand towels

"Superb"

Large, Clean, well equipped apartment in a very good location. Local restaurants, supermarkets, cafes just a few minutes walk. Tirana is a lovely neighbourhood to stay in and a lot of attractions just a 15 minute walk over the bridge. Would stay here again on my next visit to Seville. Communication very good with host company.

"Comfortable stay"

Very good email and phone communications with the owners on questions that we had on check in and getting into the apartment. A very comprehensive and useful online manual on the apartment heating system, induction stove, WiFi, hot water, kitchen fan and washing machine operations.

"Great Apartment in the perfect location!"

Gorgeous charming & modern Apartment right on the river! It’s in the perfect location in the trendy Triana neighborhood! Very comfortable bed! Walking distance to everything! Lots of shops, landmarks, restaurants & sidewalk cafes to choose from! The correspondence was impeccable & always got very, very quick replies! Got great recommendations to restaurants, etc from our hosts as well!! Highly recommended!!!

We did really enjoy our visit in Seville. The apartment was great with a brilliant location and view. The response from the Genteel Team when I had a question was always prompt and friendly.I would not hesitate to book accommodation with this group again. I have already recommended them to friends and family when speaking of our stay in Seville.

The only negative was no dishwasher and that the water temperature could have been warmer now that the weather is cooling down.

"Misleading as you don't know which apartment your booking"

This is sold as completely misleading marketing . We booked it because of the terrace and views over the river . We did not get this apartment as they have 3 apartments photos on your site Which they say is booking .com not the company You are totally misleading clients on your site , which was booked for a very special 70. Birthday. Your own guidelines state We don’t allow: Content that isn’t relevant to Booking.com, the stay or actual travel experience Content that’s likely to mislead, deceive or confuse Booking.com users Any of our guests or partners to misrepresent themselves or impersonate another person
