Emplacement TB pour visiter. Appartement plutôt fonctionnel.

Appartement non entretenu, les équipements (hormis la cuisine) sont détériorés (barre de protection du lit en hauteur arrachée, support pour pommeau de douche pendant, chaises abîmées...). Dommage les photos laissent à penser que l'appartement est moderne mais ce n'est pas le cas. Par ailleurs aucune insonorisation, très bruyant.

La ubicación es excelente. Al lado de la Plaza San Lorenzo, que es preciosa, y con todo tipo de servicios cerca.

Cierto mobiliario está en mal estado. Hay cosas para sustituir, como los cojines de las sillas y de las camas que están muy desgastados. Los armarios no los pudimos utilizar, ya que en uno de ellos se guardaban los utensilios de limpieza (cubo de fregar y fregona húmeda, escoba y recogedor). Debajo de las camas guardaban la caja de cartón de la TV, por lo que se acumula polvo. Por otro lado, a nuestra llegada tuvimos que estar en el piso durante varias horas. Hubo problemas con la conexión wifi y la TV. Tuvo que venir un técnico a arreglarlo. En el baño había una plaga de hormigas y también vino personal de mantenimiento. Al menos el contacto con el alojamiento fue rápido y nos dieron soluciones eficientes.

La ubicación excelente para visitar en centro histórico. Y todo muy limpio y bien decorado

No poder aparcar en las inmediaciones pero contaba con ello. Y el sofá, que se está pelando la tela exterior y da un aspecto muy feo. Eche en falta un estropajo para fregar. Todo lo demás perfecto
