Il check in e l’ingresso è tutto automatizzato. All’inizio è stato difficile capire come fare ma senza ricorrere all’aiuto dell’host tutto si è risolto e ha funzionato perfettamente.

La super terrasse, l'emplacement, la sécurité, le calme, l'appartement est grand et agréable. Le lave vaisselle et lave linge, petit plus fort agréable

What I liked about this apartment was its location. it wasn't a far walk from restaurants, groceries and the main sites of Sevilla, Spain. it was quiet at night and I got a very peaceful sleep. there were a few small ants in the bathroom but other than that the apartment was clean and comfortable.

The last night we were there the carbon monoxide detector started going off and lasted approx 20 minutes while it was saying carbon monoxide detected. We immediately opened the windows and the doors and I called the contact number that I was given. I was put on hold for 24 minutes and then told that somebody would come out in the morning. It was 11:30 at night and my friends and I were exhausted. Their only advice was to call the fire dept, which we did, but because of the language barrier they did not come out. the alarm went off again four more times, each lasting about 10 minutes. This was a very stressful situation for my friends and I. I felt as though a staff member should have come out to assist us. I would have given this place a 4/5 star review had this not happen. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family or even a stranger. I do not feel like it's a safe place to stay. Also, there was a staff member who came to our door approximately 8:00. a.m on the day of our checkout to start cleaning.. Our checkout time was 11:00am.

Location was walking distance to all the main attractions and the accommodation felt secure, safe. Parking was a plus BUT be warned it’s a tight squeeze.

Though the apartment was cleaned, the smell of the fragrances was overpowering and nauseating. The AC units had black mold present. Shower didn’t drain properly. Washing machine available but no laundry detergent available. Furniture was old and dated. Ants - not sure if this is just an older place, they did try their best to clean and leave traps but for the price, it was overall a disappointing experience.

Nicht gefallen hat es nicht gegeben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, mit dem Zutritt. Wenn mehrere Personen zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten nach Hause kommen wird es mit einem Schlüssel schwierig. Selbst beim ausschecken benötigt man den Schlüssel und wie bringt man ihn zurück? Oder habe ich was nicht verstanden?
