Perfekt für den Skiurlaub, super Lage und Skiraum vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super ausgestattete Küche.

Gläser sind teils am Rand abgeschlagen, dringender Erneuerungsbedarf. Betten sehr weich (persönliche Präferenz), Kissen durchgelegen. Linkes Bett im rechten Schafzimmer des Bartgeier Apartments quietscht und knarrt sehr laut, wir schliefen den halben Urlaub mit dem Kopf am Fußteil um die Geräusche zu minimieren… Hellhörig.

Pillows were too soft, but thats a personal thing.

The location: awesome. Busstop right in front of the house and skilift at 200 meters. Supermarket at a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and bars also in the immediate area, as well as a bakery that opens at 6.30am at 100 meters. The facilities: the place is not big, but very well equipped, modern, and efficiently laid out. I liked that there are two bathrooms. It was a decent size for our family of 5. The (small) kitchen has everything you need for simple cooking , but not a lot of storage or working space. The ski room was also a nice touch.

In the reviews, it was mentioned that the apartment can de noisy from the neighbors. I did not experience that too much, but I can imagine that if the neighbors would have a party, it would be a nuisance. However, parties are forbidden, so in the two weeks we were there, we had no nuisances. The pillows could use some updating, especially if you prefer firm pillows. Apart from one bedroom, there is no view outside. This is all I can think of to complain ;-) I would stay here again, for sure.

Close to ski lifts. Perfect location.

It has only one bathroom / toilet.
