Good communication with the host.. Situated in a quiet street,the apartment was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Good location to explore Seville being only a 30 minute walk to all the main attractions.. We were lucky to get a free on-street parking space right outside.

The apartment doesn't have a balcony nor a lot of natural light. However this is not a big deal as we spent most of our three days here in the city centre and not in the apartment.

Host is very warm and kind, taking care of our inquiries and let us enter the apartment earlier as we had early flight. Clean, modern and beautifully designed apartment, with all the useful and good quality appliances like microwave, toaster, coffee machine, hair dryer, dish washer, washing machine. Location not right in the center but surrounded with many bus stops. Get a Tussam transport card to travel around is very convenient. As it is not right in the center, you get to enjoy more like a local, there is 24hrs market, local market around, and authentic churros. Price is reasonable in the peak season of Seville. And if you are lucky, there is a lovely rounded grey cat greeting you at the yard 😊

It will be perfect if there can be more towels. There is no drying area that once the towel is wet, it’s not easy to dry. A shower curtain will be great too. Entering the building and apartment is via the APP. It is better to download the APP before your trip to save some mobile data.

You must get used to the use of StayMyWay app. We were not successful to use it opening the building and apartment. Thanks to the owner who came to the property right away and resolved the problem. Other than the inconvenient incident at the beginning, everything else is perfectly fine.

The location was excellent. The host was extremely helpful. The flat was very good, nicely decorated, with all the facilities you may want.

There was quite a bit of noise some nights, people arriving at other apartments without thinking of the neighbourhood.

Noise, you could hear every conversation your neighbours had, not great at night. Lack of day light on the ground floor and bathroom could use a good scrub, not properly cleaned
