La Limonaia e La Praia

The view and it was near Marina di Praia beach which is great for swimming and has some great restaurants. Good air conditioning

Vehicles cannot get close to property so a 10 -15 min walk with luggage up and down stairs. The garden needs cleaning up on the terrace. Lots of mosquitoes. The outdoor furniture does not look like the pictures Apartment needs a book with information on the area eg - good restaurants, bus timetables, Local beaches etc

It was difficult for us to find the spot we were supposed to meet up at and so we hauled our luggage up like 20 flights of stairs. It was mostly our fault but when we realized it might be the wrong place we tried to contact Giovanna a lot and it wasn’t working and she never came to help or explain. We found her once we’d finally gotten to the top.

On the website, it says there’s a queen bed. That’s not true. It’s 2 twin beds pushed together and they kept coming apart, which made it uncomfortable. Also, communication with Giovanna wasn’t horrible, but sometimes very delayed. We asked for a taxi to be arranged like 1.5 days before we left, but I had to remind her and she asked the evening before and then said there were none available. I think some of the issue was that she had to ask clarifying questions sometimes because English isn’t her first language, and I don’t fault her for that at all!

The apartment was nice and spacious. The kitchen was stocked well. The outdoor areas were amazing. The hot tub was nice too.

The air conditioner in the room with a connected outdoor balcony did not work so we couldn't stay in the room. The hot tub did not work our first night but they sent someone to repair it which was nice. We only received 2 sets of towels, and no towels to use for the hot tub. We would have had to pay extra for another set of towels, which is ridiculous. We should have been given 4 sets of towels and/or a couple of extra towels to use for the hot tub at no charge. It is challenging to meet a car service as it's about .3 mile walk with lot of stairs.
