Perfection! Outstanding views from inside and two terraces. Quaint, Italian charm on a hillside orchard. Walk to store, restaurants, beach and taxi boats. Maurizio was super helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved this place!

We had such a fantastic stay at Maurizio's property. The location was great being close walking distance to great restaurants, general shops and the small Praiano beach. A little longer walk you can easily get to the main town and beach of Praiano. The town itself is lovely and a lot less hustle and bustle than Amalfi and Positano. The locals we met in town were all so friendly too. The property is presented beautifully as a private seaside retreat and felt instantly like home. It was such a relaxing place to have a bottle of wine, enjoy the amazing view, watch the boats go by and unwind on the sun deck surrounded by a beautiful garden. We also enjoyed our morning coffee on the smaller terrace every day as well (of course with a great view too!). The home is well equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine which was great after our long travels. Maurizio was such a kind and welcoming host. He provided us with great advice and he was really helpful in helping us arrange transport when needed. We loved the occasional visit from his cat as well! This was one of the highlights of our 5 week travels of Italy, we truly hope to come back and enjoy it again in the future. Thanks so much Maurizio. Highly recommended.

Nothing, it was such a perfect stay.

We loved the location and the view! The host was phenomenal and very helpful. It was quiet and relaxing. The coffee provided was excellent. We were happy to be able to do some laundry there. It was a lovely property. Having a store close by to get some groceries was great too! Also, some great restaurants within walking distance.

I thought the shower was too small! Hard to move around. Also, nothing to do with the property, but the transit system and navigating the area was a bit of a nightmare due to construction on the roads and them having to close the road certain times of the day. Communication could have been better as far as the bus schedules. However, we would return to rent the same property again.

Excellent location, quiet and an easy walk to shops restaurants etc.. Host: Maurizio was amazing, very responsive, friendly and has great knowledge of the surrounding area. The people in Praiano are lovely.

Nothing much - we had a little problem with the hot water but Maurizio responded quickly

The view was absolutely incredible, super clean, easily accessible, Maurizio was always a call away with any questions we had, mini mart 2 minutes down the road and again, THAT VIEW!!

Such a cute house! It was very private with beautiful views of the water right outside. Our host, Maurizio was so lovely and helpful. We were going to do the Path of the Gods walk and Maurizio sent us tips and went above and beyond to make sure we were on the right track.

Lots of bugs/mosquitos but to no fault of the property owner :)

Maurizio was very kind and picked us up from the marina. The apartment has stunning views from every window, and a beautiful terrace. It is located below the road so you can't hear it at all, just watch the boats going up and down the coast. Maurizio gave us oranges, lemons and herbs from his garden - they were amazing.

Take a torch if you go out in the evening. There's no lighting going down the steps to the apartment and we didn't want to waste electricity and leave the lights on on the terrace while we were out.

The location was superb! Convenient bus stop, and great restaurants close by.
