CZWe stayed in the Pablo room. It was cozy, neat, and really clean. Location is great, right in the centre of the town. Breakfast (on the one day when it was available) was really good.
One night of our 4 night stay, very loud noise was heard from the restaurant until late night (2:30 AM). Despite our requests (in person, and text), they were not able to fix the issue – they didn't stop the noise, didn't even make it quieter, and weren't even willing to give us a discount or refund for the night, only a belated apology. We were not made aware there would be noise at night, we only got a vague message saying "breakfast will be available on 27.12. due to a private event". Very disappointing attitude.

NLGreat location, well-furnished, with small kitchen corner and functional equipment.
This has been our sixth time in this property and it’s been clear that the place went downhill. The room was clean but only superficially so. The bedding was torn, we found leftover food and open drink in the fridge. During our stay, the restaurant downstairs organized a major party, and the hotel part had odd strangers wandering around, and the day after, the parking was full of dirt and mess.
