Cozy oldtown studio with magnific city view

Location is great, in the middle of The old town.

The apartment consists only one room, not separate bedroom and livingroom as described. The apartment was not cleaned when we got there. Full trashbags were in the middle of the room and dirty dishes, towels and bedlinen were as they were left by previous guests. It's not nice to clean The apartment first thing after The arrival. We called to the owner and she promised to bring clean towels next morning at 10 o'clock. Waited the owner for whole morning, but no one arrived. The owner did not do anything or even contact us ever again. We left The apartment on better condition than before.

We quickly left the apartment and looked another place to stay as there was a smell of dead rodent inside! On top of that the place did not match the description in terms of size. Did not get refund from the owner. Cannot recommend.

Excellent. I do recommend to stay this apartment. Apartment have all facilities what you need durning on your stay. Important is that the building have a elevator for your luggages to bring with you. From window you can see a beautiful Tallinn city view and Old Town. Very elegant, higher level area, safe, beautiful architecture. Near by the best restaurants and business center. Also I do recommend to stay for business travellers that accommodating. Quiet and parking is near by the street possible or from the Host free parking as well. Host is very responsible and Care about you as a friend. Very fast check in even late time. Excellent!

Great view from the window! High ceiling like in the old time makes apartment spacious. Comfortable bed, pillows, blanket and soft bedding. In some places underfloor heating. Easy late check in with the code. Friendly host explained it all! Thank you 😊

Unfortunately almost all the dishes and glasses were dirty. In the kitchen water didn’t go down. Dust on the shelves. Toilet smelled like urine - wasn’t cleaned inside. Wardrobe was full of „everything „ no free shelve to put the clothes. You could just hang some clothes. Small garbage bin would be nice to have in the bathroom. Lamp in the bathroom above the shower wasn’t working as well as above the living room table not all the lamps worked. Parking place was really far away about 15min walking distance.

The studio was very cozy and in a great location.

It was hard to find the free parking. You need to get the keys from the studio to open the gate to the parking. It's at a diffecent adress than the apartment, turn at the provided adress its the white wooden gate you open with a key.

Great location and nice building.

The cleanliness of the studio was not up to standard. The glasses were dirty, the kitchen sink was blocked, the bedsheets didn't look or smell clean. We had booked a stay for a family of 4, but no bed/bedding had been prepared for the children. When we opened the messy wardrobe to find bedding for them, it was impossible to know which sheets were clean. The entire wardrobe stank; there was a damp, rank smelling towel left hanging over the hoover. I wouldn't go back there.

Heated floors, mattress, decor.

No towels were presented in an obvious way, and ones that were in the shower closet did not look clean. Neither did the bed cover, that had huge stains. Bathrobes were size L and S, so if both happen to be of similar stature, one of you will not have a comfortable experience. We booked apartment for three people, but only two bathrobes. One pair of slippers instead of three... I have a sneaky suspicion that the robes were not washed either... Couch, which was for the third person in our reservation, did not have bed sheets, blanket. Cups, forks and spoons were poorly washed and sticky. Probably because they are provided without any cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself. How am I supposed to cook if there is no way to wash the dishes? Fridge does not close fully, so only freezer kind of works. Bathroom doesn't latch. Provided parking doesn't let you drive in / out as you please, since gate remote is on the apartment keys, which is located 15 minute walk away and is left there upon checkout.. Painfully slow communication via message system. This did not ruin our trip, but notably impacted the feeling of it.
