Apartment itself is ok

The landlord's attitude. First she called me to tell me to cancel it on Booking as she wants to "save me money" and insisted on it even though I told her the reservation is non refundable. Then, she charged me 30eu for cats (which is fine) and insisted I give exact amount of cash even though I told her I will be driving and traveling with 2 cats and it will be difficult for me to find shop where to exchange my euros into smaller amounts. And finally, the key of the entrance door does not work properly and instead of coming to help me she just said "just leave it as it is". So, I ended up sleeping UNLOCKED for 2 nights as the key was stuck and I couldn't get it outside. I tried 100 times and once it worked but next time I had to get out it was stuck again and I am sure she is aware of this issue but decided not to do anything about it. The place Siponto is also awful, and there is literally nothing around the accomodation but the worst was the landlord's attitude and she should learn from a nice lady in Pescara I rented an apartment from.

Przestronny apartament, położony blisko morza i ładnego miasteczka. Pomocna właścicielka, reagujaca na problemy.

Mi è piaciuto il posto dove si trova è la struttura tenuta benissimo è accogliente e luminosa, la proprietaria gentilissima .

NO el apartamento: nada. No reservar.

Es un abuso, no merecen estar en Booking. Tardé en calificar porque se supone serían honestos (reservé en agosto), pero solicité devolución de las 2 noches que me fui porque era invivible, y NO devolvieron si quiera la diferencia de dinero (habían prometido que sí). Y ello porque: no fue el apto que escogí de Booking (alegaban que estaba todo lleno… y al que nos llevaron -sin preguntar- no tenía parking, patio, barbacoa, sofá, etc…. Foto de las “vistas” va aquí). Cuando llegamos, no habías gas en la cocina, y solo a las 18h se pudo cocinar (se supone que antes del ingreso se revisa lo usado por los anteriores huéspedes). No había sello de higiene en el baño. En fin… ojo, porque no son honestos.
