The location was amazing. Close proximity to everything and parking lot was close by.

Parking can get expensive 70€ for the weekend so budget that in. Property was more outdated than pictures showed. Lots of dust on property.

L'alloggio è molto confortevole per l'ampiezza e la disposizione degli spazi. Molto comoda la location, vicino al mare e ai negozi, allo stesso tempo abbastanza silenziosa, considerata la vicinanza alla strada principale della città.

L'arredamento un pò datato, soprattutto il soggiorno, dove tra l'altro non è presente split dell'aria condizionata, a differenza delle camere da letto. Anche il bagno di servizio potrebbe essere rinnovato negli arredi. Il gestore comunica solo tramite chat, modalità che nelle situazioni di emergenza non è accettabile.

The location was great. It was close to everything. We walked everywhere including to and from the train station. There was a lift. The windows had black out shutters which was good for sleeping. Both bedrooms were air conditioned.

When we arrived the apartment was filthy. The bathroom had used bars of soap with black hairs on it. The floors were also covered in black hairs and dust. The shower screen and tiles were covered in soap scum. The lamp in the bedroom was broken. The spare pillows in the cupboards were covered in sweat stains. The shower would flood. The second toilet seat was broken and was unusable for the entire stay. We contacted the property on the first night of our stay and they did nothing to resolve any of these issues.

Very spacious. Convenient location. Easy checkin. Comfortable beds with spotless linen.

Just a comment - a key requirement in my selection was a balcony - there is a balcony but it is tiny and not really one that you would spend time sitting watching the world go by... I am beginning to accept that this is typical in Italy and not an oversell. 😀
