L'appartement est magnifique. Un charme fou. L'emplacement est idéal.

Spacious apartment in prime location in Rapallo. Old world charm in an old gracious building with stunning views located close to the promenade and it's facility. Suitable for a large family of 8. Reasonable wifi. Comfortable beds and linen.

Small elevator. Dark entrance and staircase. Grumpy neighbors. Parking was a challenge and extremely limited public parking. No face to face check in and comprehensive on line check in was difficult on a mobile phone. Payment was required electronically to enter, although the contact with agent via WhattApp was good.

The location was wonderful and the property was older which gave it a ton of character and Charm. The view was beautiful and the host left a detailed binder with a lot of helpful information. The beds were also very command the apartment is spacious. The host was also flexible with our check in time as we were arriving late. Overall this was a great experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a charming place with a view. If your looking for updated and modern this is not the place for you but if you like older homes with character and antique vibes then this place is amazing!

The check in process was a bit complicated, a pic to show the front door would have helped but overall it was not terrible. The host was responsive but it was done through another service which was not my favorite as it felt very corporate and impersonal. For the most

Amazing period apartment in a fantastic location in Rapallo. Property full of amazing period features and frescoes on all the room ceilings. Roomy and spacious and slept a lot of people. Ceiling fans. well considered furniture.

Extremely hot weekend so air conditioning would have been an extra bonus, although the fans and shutters worked well. Bathrooms need updating.

Lovely big property and nice and spacious. Laundry facilities great. Kitchen well equiped

Checkin was a bit tricky. Need to also provide apartment number Some keys don’t unlock the main gate going in and out Couldn’t find the bins to remove rubbish.

The place was well appointed and in a great location. The views were wonderful and the place was clean.

The lift was broken and we were not informed or offered any assistance to get our luggage up 5 stories. We were told to leave our keys in the apartment on departure, however, we would have been unable to exit the property through the front gate without a key. The host was unresponsive when we questioned this. We had to leave so we had to hide the keys and notify the host where they had been left.

The location was beautiful and quiet safe town with lots of food and drinks, even open late!
